摘 要:钢铁企业在多年持续发展中,不断深化节水措施,积极推进水资源的综合利用,特别是在十一五、十二五期间,在国家政策引导、标杆企业示范作用下,钢铁企业节水意识普遍提高,串级供水、综合利用得到广泛认可与应用,节水动力逐步由外部环保压力下被动实施的废水回用,逐步转变为内在驱动的节水需要,使钢铁行业总体用水量呈下降趋势。各类废水回用技术与装备得到了蓬勃发展,但是,在实施节水过程中所暴露出的浓盐水不能有效处置、总体水系统水质水量平衡等问题成为进一步推进钢铁企业节水的瓶颈。在源头减排、分类处理等系统性分析的基础上,提出钢铁企业进一步节水的潜力和努力的方向。In years of sustained development,the iron and steel enterprises deepen water-saving measures continuously and promote the comprehensive utilization of water resources actively.Especially during 11th Five-Year and 12th Five-Year,the concept of water-saving has generally improved within the iron and steel enterprises under the guidance of the national policy and the exemplary role of bench-marking enterprises.The cascade water supply and the comprehensive utilization have been widely recognized and applied,the power of water-saving has been gradually transformed from the pressure of external environmental protection to the passive implementation of waste water reuse.It makes the overall water consumption of the steel industry on the downward trend.All kinds of waste water reuse technology and equipment have been booming,but in the implementation of water-saving process,the problems such as the concentrated brine can not be effectively treated,the imbalance of the water quality and quantity of the water system will become the bottleneck of the water-saving.On the base of systematic analysis of the source reduction and the classified treatment,the potential of further water-saving and the direction of the efforts for the iron and steel enterprises are put forward.
