摘 要:试验采用水性制浆体系,通过控制变量法,对导电剂种类、导电剂添加量、黏结剂种类及其添加量等对磷酸铁锂扣式电池倍率性能的影响进行了研究。初步发现导电剂添加量越大,扣式电池倍率性能越好;在试验所选择的几种导电剂中,使用Li250作为导电剂的极片制成的扣式电池在倍率性能及比容量方面均有最佳表现;随着黏结剂添加量的增加,扣式电池的倍率性能先提升后降低;而试验所选的两种水性黏结剂对其倍率性能影响不大。The factors such as type and amount of conductive agent,type and amount of water based binder that affecting rate performance of LiFePO 4 Li-ion button batteries are analyzed by using control variable method.It has been demonstrated that with the increase of the amount of conductive agent,the rate performance of LiFePO4 Li-ion batteries are better;within all the types of conductive agents used in the experiments,Li250 shows the best result in both rate and capacity per gram performances;with the increase of the binder,the rate performance of LiFePO4 Li-ion batteries first become ascendant than declining;the impact of the two types of water based binder which are used in the experiments is not obvious.
