摘 要:通过磨矿细度、硫化钠用量和捕收剂HHA用量试验对比了高硅酸盐氧化锌矿和高菱锌矿氧化锌矿两种氧化锌矿的浮选指标差异。结果表明,高菱锌矿氧化锌矿更容易用硫化-胺法浮选回收。其次,通过菱锌矿和异极矿纯矿物的硫化钠消耗量浮选试验研究了两种氧化锌矿物可硫化性差异。最后从晶体结构学角度分析了导致菱锌矿更易于用硫化浮选方法回收的主要原因是在碎磨过程中菱锌矿相对于异极矿表面产生作用靶点Zn2+多。This paper compared the floatation index differences between high smithsonite and high silicate zinc oxide ores with experiments on grinding fineness,sodium sulphide dosage and collector dosage.The results showed that high smithsonite zinc oxide ores were much more easier to be recovered than high silicate zinc oxide ores by sulphide amine flotation.The floatation experiments on sulphide dosage of hemimorphite and smithsonite were carried out to study their sulfurization property.The crystallology analysis showed that more Zn^2+target points were generated in the smashing and grinding process of smithsonite than those of hemimorphite,which could be the main cause of smithsonite being recovered much easier in the sulphide flotation process.
