摘　　要：文中首先介绍了大众02E型双离合器式自动变速器的组成结构,包括换挡齿轮机构、电控模块和液压控制模块,并分析了换挡原理。然后,结合一辆大众迈腾轿车出现换挡故障实例,阐述了双离合器式自动变速器故障诊断的思路,并详细介绍了故障检修的过程,最终排除了故障。最后,总结了故障维修经验。This paper first introduced the components and structure of direct shift gearbox in Volkswagen sedan,including the gear shift mechanism,electrical control system and hydraulic executive system,and analyzed the shift principle.Then,a typical example was mentioned about a shift failure occurred during the driving of a Magotan sedan.The idea of fault diagnosis for direct shift gearbox was expounded and the maintenance process was introduced in detail.Finally,the maintenance experience was summarized.
