摘　　要：心力衰竭是多种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,其发病率和死亡率不断升高,严重威胁人类的健康。近年来,大鼠心力衰竭模型因其成本较小、操作方便等原因,成为研究心力衰竭病因病机及防治的主要模型。常用的大鼠心力衰竭模型主要包括心肌缺血/梗死、压力超负荷(心脏后负荷)、容量超负荷(心脏前负荷)及药物等建立的模型,各模型复制方法有其优缺点,因此,应综合考虑,选择适宜的动物实验模型。本文对近年来心力衰竭大鼠模型的研究进展进行综述。Heart failure is the final stage of the development of a variety of cardiovascular diseases,and its morbidity and mortality are rising,which seriously threatens human health.In recent years,rat model of heart failure has become the main model for studying the pathogenesis and prevention of heart failure because of its low cost and convenient operation.The commonly used rat model of heart failure are mainly established by myocardial ischemia/infarction,pressure overload(cardiac afterload),volume overload(cardiac preload)and drugs.Each model replication method has its advantages and disadvantages.Therefore,comprehensive animal models should be selected.This article reviewed the research progress of rat model of heart failure in recent years.
