摘　　要：目的:了解解放军总医院第五医学中心(以下简称"我院")住院患者麻醉药品的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:调取2016—2017年我院住院患者麻醉药品处方登记使用表,对麻醉药品品种、处方数及用药频度等情况进行统计分析。结果:2016—2017年,我院麻醉药品共有12个品种,3种剂型;住院患者麻醉药品总处方数分别为13 594、16 534张,呈增长趋势,枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和盐酸羟考酮缓释片的处方数排序居前3位;用药频度排序居前3位的为枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和芬太尼透皮贴,盐酸羟考酮缓释片、盐酸氢吗啡酮注射液的用药频度增幅较大;限定日费用排序居前3位的为盐酸羟考酮注射液、盐酸氢吗啡酮注射液和注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼。结论:我院麻醉药品的使用基本合理,仍应继续加强对麻醉药品的管理。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of narcotic drugs in Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”),so as to promote the rational drug application in clinic.METHODS:The list of narcotic drugs for inpatients during2016-2017was extracted,and statistical analysis was conducted on categories of narcotic drugs,number of prescriptions and defined daily dose system(DDDs),etc.RESULTS:During2016-2017,there were12categories and3dosage forms of narcotic drugs in our hospital.The total number of prescriptions for narcotic drugs in inpatients was respectively13594and16534,which was in an increasing trend.The top three drugs ranked by number of prescriptions were respectively sufentanil citrate injection,remifentanil hydrochloride injection and Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively sufentanil citrate injection,remifentanil hydrochloride injection and fentanyl transdermal patch.The DDDs of Oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and hydromorphone hydrochloride injection had a large increase in growth.The top three drugs ranked by defined daily cost(DDC)were respectively oxycodone hydrochloride injection,hydromorphone hydrochloride injection and remifentanil hydrochloride injection.CONCLUSIONS:The application of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically rational,yet the management of narcotic drugs should continue to be strengthened.
