摘　　要：目的:了解解放军总医院第五医学中心(以下简称"我院")门诊药房药品储存现状。方法:参照《药品经营质量管理规范》(2016年版)、《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)及药品说明书,对我院门诊药房828种药品的实际储存条件进行调查与分析。结果:我院门诊药房目前在用药品828种,其中,常温储藏药品592种,阴凉处储藏药品172种,低温冷藏药品63种,冷冻储藏药品1种。门诊药房为室内日光灯照明,无日光直射,设有常温库、阴凉库及冷藏库,采用冷链监控管理系统,能进行温湿度实时监控管理,实现24 h监管。温湿度记录数据显示,常温库温度为22～26℃,冰箱温度为2～8℃,阴凉库温度为15～20℃,冷冻柜温度为-18～-20℃,相对湿度为45%～72%。结论:我院门诊药房药品储存条件基本符合要求,能够保证药品质量安全。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current status of drug storage in outpatient pharmacy in Fifth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital(hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”).METHODS:The actual storage condition of828kinds of drugs in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital were investigated and analyzed by reference to Good Supply Practice of Drug(2016edition),Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015edition)and dispensatory.RESULTS:Presently828kinds of drug were used in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital,of which592kinds of drugs stored at room temperature,172kinds stored in shade place,63kinds stored at low temperature,1kind stored in freezing room.The outpatient pharmacy was under indoor fluorescent lighting,no direct sunlight,with a normal temperature warehouse,a cool warehouse and a refrigerated warehouse.The management system of cold chain monitoring was adopted,which can be used for real-time monitoring on temperature and humidity to achieve24h supervision.The temperature and humidity records showed that the normal temperature warehouse was in22-26℃,the temperature of refrigerator was2-8℃,the temperature cool warehouse was15-20℃,the temperature of refrigerated warehouse was-18--20℃,with the relative humidity of45%-72%.CONCLUSIONS:The storage conditions of drugs in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital basically meets the requirements,which can ensure the quality and safety of drugs.
