摘　　要：目的:探讨坎地沙坦酯片联合国产硝苯地平控释片治疗重度原发性高血压病的疗效。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年1月赣州市立医院收治的重度原发性高血压病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予国产硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用坎地沙坦酯片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平的差异。结果:治疗前,两组患者舒张压和收缩压的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的舒张压和收缩压较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坎地沙坦酯片联合国产硝苯地平控释片治疗重度原发性高血压病的疗效良好,可有效控制患者血压。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Candesartan cilexetil tablets combined with domestic Nifedipine controlled-release tablets in treatment of severe primary hypertension.METHODS:60patients with severe primary hypertension admitted into Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from Apr.2016to Jan.2018were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with30cases in each.The control group was treated with domestic Nifedipine controlled-release tablets,while the observation group was given Candesartan cilexetil tablets based on the control group.Differences in blood pressures between two groups before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS:Before treatment,there were no differences in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of both groups had been significantly decreased than those of before treatment,and those of observation group were significantly lower than control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Candesartan cilexetil tablets combined with domestic Nifedipine controlled-release tablets in treatment of severe primary hypertension is remarkable,which can effectively control blood pressure.
