排毒通便颗粒治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨排毒通便颗粒治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月中山市中医院收治的术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者62例,以随机数字表法分为观察组32例和对照组30例。观察组患者给予排毒通便颗粒联合常规西药治疗,对照组患者仅给予常规西药治疗。观察两组患者肠鸣音、排气及排便恢复时间,症状完全消失时间、严重并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的肠鸣音、排气及排便恢复时间,症状完全消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者急性呼吸窘迫综合征、腹腔脓肿及脓毒血症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为96.88%(31/32),明显高于对照组的83.33%(25/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:排毒通便颗粒治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的疗效显著,可明显缩短患者住院时间,减少严重并发症的发生。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Paidutongbian granules in treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus.METHODS:62patients with postoperative inflammatory ileus admitted into Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Mar.2016to Mar.2017were selected and divided into observation group(32cases)and control group(30cases)via random number table.The observation group was given Paidutongbian granules combined with conventional therapy,while the control group was given conventional therapy of western medicine.The recovery time of borborygmus,aerofluxus and defecation,the disappearance time of symptoms,incidences of severe complications and clinical efficacy of both groups were observed.RESULTS:The disappearance time of symptom,recovery time of borborygmus,aerofluxus and defecation of observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the incidences of acute respiratory distress syndrome,intra-abdominal abscess and septicopyemia of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was96.88%(31/32),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%,25/30),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Paidutongbian granules in treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus is remarkable,which can significantly shorten hospital stays and reduce the incidence of severe complications.
