摘　　要：总结分析了当前我国主要海洋业务应用系统的建设现状与存在的不足,论述了正在开展的海洋应用系统整合工作目标、主要内容,设计了"五层一线"的技术架构方案,介绍了整合建设成效并提出了后续发展建议。This paper fist analyzes the state-of-the-art and shortcomings of China's major marine operation application systems,then proposes the objectives,main contents and technical architecture of the marine application systems integration,which is now being carried out by the National Marine Data and Information Service.The favorable effects are summarized and some advices for the future development of the marine information services are poposed.
