我国公共用海资料信息化现状研究

摘　　要：2015年,国家对"公共用海"这个概念进行了明确的定义。2017年,基本完成了我国公共用海调查数据的收集整理工作。通过研究分析公共用海资料现状、数据管理制度、相关标准规范、信息化系统等方面内容,指出了我国公共用海资料信息化工作中存在的一些问题。建议我国公共用海资料工作信息化还需要进一步加强,技术标准需要补充完善,数据库信息系统继续设计搭建,信息化产品和信息共享机制有待进一步成熟。In 2015,the concept of"public sea"was clearly defined.In 2017,the collection and collation of public sea survey data was basically completed.Through the research and analysis of the status of public sea data,data management system,relevant standards and standards,information system and so on,the paper points out some problems in the public sea data information work in China.It is suggested that the public sea data information should be further strengthened,the technical standards should be supplemented and improved,the database information system should continue to be designed and constructed,and the information products and information sharing mechanism need to be improved.
