摘 要:为研究菲对水生生物的毒性效应,以泥鳅(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)幼体为研究对象,采用静水实验法来研究菲对泥鳅幼体的急性毒性效应。以等对数间距法设置5个不同浓度(14.69mg/L、21.58 mg/L、31.62 mg/L、46.77 mg/L、68.39 mg/L)的菲溶液,观察泥鳅幼体暴露在不同浓度菲中24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的急性毒性效应。结果表明,菲对泥鳅幼体毒性随染毒时间的延长和菲浓度的增大而增强,泥鳅幼体24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为58.57 mg/L、33.34mg/L、17.58 mg/L、14.45 mg/L,安全浓度(SC)为3.25 mg/L。In order to study the toxicity of phenanthrene to aquatic organisms,the acute toxic effects of phenanthrene on the larvae of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus were studied by hydrostatic test.Five phenanthrene solutions of different concentrations(14.69 mg/L,21.58 mg/L,31.62 mg/L,46.77 mg/L,68.39 mg/L)were set up by equal logarithmic spacing method to observe the acute toxic effects of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus exposed to 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h in different concentrations of phenanthrene.The results showed that the toxicity of phenanthrene to the juvenile Misgurnus anguillicaudatus increased with the increase of the concentration of phenanthrene and the prolongation of the time.The 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h semi lethal concentrations(LC 50)of loach were 56.08 mg/L,35.46 mg/L,12.62 mg/L,1.86 mg/L,respectively,and the safety concentration(SC)was 4.26 mg/L.
