摘 要:以可靠性理论中可修复系统为基础,基于马尔科夫过程原理,建立了两级串行生产线模型。分析了模型中设备和缓冲区的状态,绘制了设备和缓冲区的状态图;分析了设备和缓冲区在不同状态下串行生产线正常工作的概率,推导出两级串行生产线可用度与缓冲区容量之间的关系。为保障生产的连续性,研究了缓冲库存最小安全量的计算,同时提出了非均匀节拍法对缓冲库存进行补给,可有效保障安全库存量,具有一定的参考价值。Based on the Markov process principle,a two-level serial production line model is established based on the repair?able system of reliability theory.The state of the device and the buffer in the model is analyzed,and the state diagram of the device and the buffer is drawn.The probability of the normal operation of the serial production line in different state of the equipment and the buffer is analyzed,and the relationship between the availability of the two-level serial production line and the capacity of the buffer is deduced.In order to ensure the continuity of production,the calculation of the minimum safety amount of buffer inventory is studied.At the same time,the non-uniform beat method is used to supply the buffer stock,which can effectively guarantee the safe stock.
