摘 要:为设计海上风电场高性能直驱永磁同步发电机,文章研究了360kW/690V直驱永磁同步发电机的设计及仿真,分析了直驱永磁同步风力发电机的结构特点及设计方法。按电机相似性原理,参照同类3kW/400V发电机设计方案,设计了360kW/690V表贴式永磁同步发电机,同时在定、转子结构上引入斜槽与斜极结构,以优化发电机性能,并在Maxwell/Rmxprt下进行了电机结构优化前后的参数计算与性能分析。通过Maxwell 2D仿真,对比电机优化前后的空载性能,仿真结果表明了所提优化性能方案的有效性。To design a high-performance Direct-driven Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator for offshore wind farms,design and simulation of a 360kW/690V Direct-driven Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator was researched.Its geometric characteristic and design principles were analyzed;a design scheme for 3kW/400V similar generator with analogue machine principles was used to design for a 360kW/690V Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator,the skew pole and slot geometry were used on the geometry of rotor and stator to optimize the performance of generator,respectively;and the parameter calculation and performance analysis before and after geometric optimization of the generator were carried out under Maxwell/Rmxprt;Maxwell 2D simulation was used to compare the no-load performance of generator before and after optimization,and the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed optimization performance scheme.
