回弹法检测盾构管片混凝土强度厦门地区专用测强曲线的制定研究

摘　　要：盾构管片生产由于采用集中预制,原材料质量比较稳定可靠,施工工艺比较成熟,盾构管片混凝土采用设计强度等级为C50的高性能混凝土,但现场采用《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ/T 23-2011)全国统一测强曲线检测盾构管片混凝土强度时,不能满足准确检测其实际强度要求。为此,对厦门地区轨道交通管片预制场盾构管片制定了专用测强曲线,并采用钻芯验证,结果表明该专用测强曲线准确可靠。production of shield lining segments due to the concentrated prefabricated,raw material quality is stable and reliable,construction technology is mature,USES the design strength grade of concrete of shield segment liningC50 high performance concrete,but the scene using the《Technical specification for inspecting of concrete compressive strength by rebound method》(JGJ/T 23-2011)unified national strength curve of concrete strength test of shield lining segments,can not meet the requirement of the accurate detection of the actual strength.For this reason,a special strength curve is developed for the prefabricated field shield pipe of rail transit in Xiamen area,which is verified by drilling cores.The results show that the special strength curve is accurate and reliable.
