摘 要:"人与系统综合(HSI)"是一种"以人为中心"的系统工程设计方法,整合了人因工程方面的所有系统元素,可有效帮助部队实现大幅减员和降低装备的全寿命周期费用,是系统工程运行的重要推动者。论文梳理了美军"HSI"方法的基本内涵、整个装备生命周期和技术评审时机、实施规划指南、美军HSI设计方法案例、HSI设计特点分析及其重要意义,重点研究了该方法在美军装备全寿命周期中的应用,可为我国军事装备的发展提供参考。"Human Systems Integration(HSI)"is a kind of"people-centered"design method of system engineering.HSI integrates all the system elements in engineering,which can effectively help the troops to achieve a large reduction in staff and reduce the full life cycle cost of equipment.HSI is an important enabler of system engineering operation.In this paper,the author combs the basic connotation of the American"HSI"method,the equipment life cycle and technology review timing,implementation planning guide,the design method of HSI case,the analysis of HSI design characteristics and its significance.This paper focuses on the method in the application of whole life cycle of military equipment,it can provide reference for the development of military equipment in China.
