摘　　要：文章从稀土储量、分布、供给、消费和出口等几个方面入手,通过对稀土资源相关数据及文献资料的研究分析,揭示当前中国稀土资源形势及未来发展趋势,指出存在的几个主要问题:一是资源储量迅速减少;二是缺乏明确的战略规划和有效的调控监管机制;三是稀土行业结构不合理;四是稀土资源利用率低,生态环境破坏严重;五是稀土出口价格低,走私情况严重。针对以上问题,提出对策建议:制定战略规划,优化产业结构,加大科研技术投入,完善稀土调控制度,实施稀土资源储备战略。This article is concerned with reserves,distribution areas,supply,consumption and export of rare earth resources.In the article the current situation and future development trend of rare earth resources in China are revealed through analyzing the related data and literature data of rare earth resources.Meanwhile,the author points out several main problems.As follows:1.Rapid reduction of resources reserves 2.Lack of clear strategic planning and effective regulation and control mechanisms 3.Unreasonable structure of rare earth industry 4.Low utilization rate of rare earth resources and serious destruction of ecological environment 5.Low export prices of rare earth resources and serious smuggling.Some suggestions are given in the light of the problems above mentioned.Suggestions are as follows:making strategic planning,optimization of industrial structure,increasing investment in scientific research and technology,improve the regulation system of rare earth and implementing the strategy of rare earth resource reserve.
