摘　　要：习近平精准扶贫思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是中国特色扶贫开发理论在新时代的发展和延续。皮山县是国家级贫困县,又是少数民族聚居区、边境县,是新疆扶贫开发的重点和难点,皮山县的精准扶贫既具有其它贫困县的普遍性又具有自身的特殊性。新时期,皮山县在习近平精准扶贫思想的指引下,结合本地实际,采取了一系列措施,取得了巨大的成效,为其它地区精准扶贫的实施树立了典范。Xi Jinping's thought of targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of his socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is also the development and continuation of the theory of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics in the new era.As a state-level,poverty-stricken county,Pishan county is also a concentrated area of ethnic minorities and a frontier county,which is the key and difficult point of poverty alleviation and development in Xinjiang.The precise poverty alleviation in Pishan county not only has the universality of other poverty-stricken counties,but also has its own particularity.In the new era,under the guidance of Xi Jinping's idea of targeted poverty alleviation,Pishan county has adopted a series of measures in combination with local realities,which has achieved great results and set a good example for the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in other regions.
