摘　　要：为促进江苏建筑业持续健康发展,2000年江苏省制定了"建筑强省"的发展战略,但现阶段该目标已不足以指导江苏建筑业前进的步伐,为此,通过对比分析2000-2015年间江苏建筑业发展的数据及"建筑强省"战略目标在执行中面临诸多问题,本研究提出了"建筑强省2.0"的概念,并明确了由产业结构、市场结构、企业综合素质、产业现代化水平、科技与人才、综合效益等六大要素构成的"建筑强省2.0"评价体系、"三步走"的发展战略以及具体的提升路径。In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Jiangsu’s construction industry,the government formulated a development strategy of“strong province in construction”in 2000.However,the strategy is not enough to guide current progressing of Jiangsu’s construction industry.Therefore,after conducting a comparative analysis of the data of Jiangsu’s construction industry in 2000-2015,and analyzing issues happened during the implementation of the strategy,this research proposed the concept of“strong province in construction 2.0”,and clarified the evaluation system with 6 factors(i.e.,the industry structure,the market structure,the comprehensive quality of enterprises,the level of industry modernization,the science and technology and talents,and the comprehensive benefits),the“three-step”development path,and the detailed improvement path.
