摘  要:研究针对某典型南方水乡城市的老城区合流溢流污染问题,分析了导致其污染现状的原因,并以问题为导向提出了相应的污染控制措施,详细论述了雨水调蓄池的设计和校核。结果表明,合流制改造难度大、原有截流系统标准偏低、水厂处理能力受限、混流现象严重等是该老城区面临的溢流污染控制的主要问题;针对该老城区存在的不同问题,可采用LID开发利用、提高截流倍数改造管网和增设调蓄设施等来控制该老城区的合流溢流污染;规划设计在该老城区建造4座调蓄池,经校核论证,其规模能够满足两日放空的要求。Based on the rainwater overflow pollution of an old urban area in a typical southern water city,this paper analyzed the causes,put forward the corresponding control measures,designed and checked four rainwater storage tanks to solve the pollution.The results showed that there were such causes of rainwater overflow pollution as the difficulty of transforming the combined drainage system,the low original interception ratio,the limited water treatment capacity,the serious mixed flow of rain and sewage and so on.In view of the different problems existing in the old urbanarea,LID,improving designed interception ratio and constructing storage facilitiescan be used to control the rainwater overflow pollution.This project planned to design four reservoirs in the old urban area,and the scale of these reservoirs can meet the requirements of two days of venting after verification.
