摘　　要：人民币整洁度关系到人民币作为"国家名片"的形象,也是衡量金融机构现金服务工作水平和社会公众对现金服务满意度的一项重要指标。本文立足于人民币整洁度管理的角度,运用层次分析法和灰色关联分析法,构建了针对金融机构人民币整洁度工作的综合评价指标体系和评价模型,选取样本对评价模型进行验证,并提出提高人民币整洁度的相关对策建议。RMB cleanliness is concern with the image of RMB as the national business card,it is also a significant measure indicator for banking financial institutions’service level and public satisfaction.Based on the perspective of the PBC supervise on cash cleanliness,this paper applying analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey correlation analysis methods,constructed an evaluation index system and evaluation model for banking financial institutions’cash cleanliness work,solved information asymmetry and incomplete regulatory system.Eventually,selecting model samples for verification and putting forward relevant measures to improve the cash cleanliness.
