摘 要:黑龙江省作为我国野生中药材资源大省,其药材蕴藏量和药材种类尤为丰富。随着新时期我国医药零售市场的放开,国内外中药材市场竞争日益激烈。目前中药材行业之间竞争基本上还是以降低价格为主要手段,过度的降低价格竞争已严重阻碍了中药材市场的发展。因此,依据SWOT分析法深入分析了黑龙江省中药材资源优势、劣势、机会、威胁等,在彻底摸清资源分布、资源开发情况和充分把握市场走向的基础上,从现有资源的分配及使用、外部资源的占有及利用、产业结构的组织及调整、企业管理的调整及优化和优质品牌的打造及宣传等方面提出了我国中药材市场战略的改进建议。As a resource province of wild Chinese medicinal materials,Heilongjiang Province is rich in medicinal materials and medicinal materials.With the liberalization of Chinese pharmaceutical retail market in the new era,the competition of Chinese herbal medicine market is increasingly fierce at home and abroad.At present,the competition among Chinese medicinal materials industry is basically on lowering prices,and the excessive price reduction competition has seriously hindered the development of the Chinese medicine market.Therefore,based on SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats of Chinese medicinal materials in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed in depth.On the basis of thorough understanding of the distribution of resources,the development of resources and the full grasp of the market trend,suggestions for improving the markert strategy of Chinese herbal medicines are proposed from the aspects of the distribution and use of existing resources,the possession and utilization of external resources,the organization and adjustment of the industrial structure,quality brand building and publicity.
