摘　　要：中海石油天野化工有限责任公司尿素装置采用意大利SNAM氨汽提工艺,蒸发造粒系统采用两段提温、真空浓缩及塔式造粒工艺。此工艺存在一、二段分离器顶部易聚集缩二脲的特性,因此自投产以来总是出现不定期的缩二脲脱落造成尿素产品频繁出现颗粒粘连和粉尘飞扬的现象,严重影响尿素产品质量和员工身心健康。The urea plant of CNOOC Tianye Chemical Co.,Ltd.adopts the Italian SNAM ammonia stripping process,and the evaporative granulation system adopts two-stage heating,vacuum concentration and tower granulation process.The process has the characteristics of easy aggregation of biuret at the top of the first and second stage separator.Since its commissioning,there have always been irregular biuret shedding,resulting in frequent particle adhesion and dust flying in urea products,which seriously affects the quality of urea products and the physical and mental health of employees.
