摘　　要：在聚乙烯醇行业,塔器设备是一种最重要的生产设备。聚乙烯醇的生产流程长且复杂,一共有很多座塔设备,而且物料种类相对较多,并容易堵塔或液泛等,这些均是精馏设计的难点,也制约着聚乙烯醇质量的提高和能耗的降低。为此,主要研究了高效塔器技术在聚乙烯醇生产中的应用。In the polyvinyl alcohol industry,tower equipment is one of the most important production equipment.The production process of polyvinyl alcohol is long and complicated.There are many tower equipments,and there are many kinds of materials,and it is easy to block towers or flooding.These are the difficulties in distillation design and also restrict the quality of polyvinyl alcohol.Increase and reduce energy consumption.To this end,the application of high efficiency tower technology in the production of polyvinyl alcohol was mainly studied.
