摘　　要：随着我国石油行业的快速发展,初步建成了系统化、整体化的生产运行管理平台,为生产管理提供了有效的服务和支撑,提高了系统运行效率和管理水平。但是如何实现老油田地面工艺系统优化简化、隐患治理与数字化的有机结合,实现最大程度的减员增效,是需要思考和面临的主要问题。With the rapid development of China’s petroleum industry,a systematic and integrated production and operation management platform has been initially built,which provides effective services and support for production management and improves the efficiency and management level of the system.However,how to realize the organic combination of optimization and simplification of surface technology system,hidden danger treatment and digitalization in old oilfields,and achieve maximum staff reduction and efficiency increase are the main problems we are thinking about and facing in the next step.
