摘　　要：油水井井场标准化建设是企业管理具体到现场精细化管理的一部分。在标准化建设过程中,因没有统一的标准,油水井现场出现不统一性,这意味着个体差异化,不利于企业管理和现场工作开展。若以油水井生产现场为执行单元推行标准化建设,统一建设标准和思路,则可以有效地解决现场管理混乱、提高工作效率和维护企业形象。The standardization construction of oil and water wells is part of the detailed management of enterprise management to the site.In the process of standardization construction,there is no uniform standard due to the existence of non-uniformity in the oil and water wells.This means that individual differentiation is not conducive to enterprise management and on-site work.If the oil and water well production site is used as the execution unit to carry out standardization construction and unified construction standards and ideas,it can effectively solve the problem of on-site management confusion,improve work efficiency and maintain corporate image.
