摘 要:根据泥页岩的非理想膜改善成理想或接近理想膜的理论途径,设计出了能强烈吸附在泥页岩上并显著改善泥页岩膜的理想性的处理剂ADV,分析了ADV分子结构及作用机理,发现该成膜剂具有较好的成膜性能,与江苏油田现有的水基钻井液添加剂配伍性能好,能够很好地形成成膜钻井液体系。该钻井液能在井壁上形成较好的隔离膜,具有很强地抑制泥页岩水化分散、膨胀能力,有效封堵地层微裂缝,能阻止或减缓钻井液滤液进入地层,达到稳定井壁和保护储层的目的,现场应用两口井,均取得良好的效果。According to the theoretical approach of improving the non-ideal film of mudstone into ideal or near-ideal film,a treatment agent ADV which can strongly adsorb on mudstone and significantly improve the ideality of mudstone film was designed.The molecular structure and mechanism of ADV were studied and analyzed.The film-forming agent has good film-forming performance and is related to Jiangsu Oilfield.The existing water-based drilling fluid additives have good compatibility and can form a film forming drilling fluid system well.It can form a good isolation film on the borehole wall,has a strong ability to inhibit shale hydration,dispersion and expansion,effectively plug formation micro-fractures,and prevent or slow down the entry of drilling fluid filtrate.In order to stabilize the wellbore and protect the reservoir,two wells have been applied in the field,and good results have been achieved.
