靖边南部定向井钻井托压产生及摩阻分析

摘  要:定向井钻井工艺日趋成熟,但钻井过程托压及摩阻的产生,极大影响了钻井效率,增加了钻井成本。研制新型的降低托压工具或者解决托压问题,成为目前提高定向井钻井效率的重点工作。基于靖边气田近年来定向井钻井的实际经验,总结了钻井过程托压产生的原因,分析了摩阻的产生,总结了降低托压的钻井工具的应用,为提高钻井效率提供指导。Directional well drilling technology is becoming more and more mature,but the generation of underpinning pressure and frictional resistance in the drilling process greatly affects the drilling efficiency and increases the drilling cost.Developing new underpinning tools or solving underpinning pressure problems has become the focus of improving directional well drilling efficiency.Based on the practical experience of directional well drilling in Jingbian gas field in recent years,this paper summarizes the causes of underpinning in drilling process,analyzes the generation of friction,and summarizes the application of underpinning drilling tools to improve drilling efficiency.
