摘  要:针对硫磺回收加氢尾气脱硫溶剂在低压下脱硫效果不理想,导致排放尾气SO_2浓度升高的问题,研究开发出了CT8-26加氢尾气深度脱硫溶剂。工业应用结果表明:在天然气净化厂气质条件下,可使脱硫后加氢尾气中的ρ(H2S)<20 mg/m^3;在炼厂气质条件下,可使脱硫后加氢尾气中ρ(H_2S)<10 mg/m^3,能满足最严格的尾气SO_2排放标准。The solvent,CT8-26,for deep desulphurization of the hydrogenated tail gas has been developed to tackle the unsatisfied effect of the previous solvent used for the desulphurization of the hydrogenated tail gas from the sulphur recovery process under a low pressure,resulting in the increase of SO2 in the emitted flue gas.Application of the newly developed solvent in the industry showed that it could meet the most stringent SO2 emission standards.Under the normal gas environment of a natural gas purification plant,the concentration of H 2 S,ρ(H2S),of the hydrogenated tail gas after desulphurization was less than 20 mg/m^3;while under the normal gas environment of a refinery plant,the concentration of H 2 S,ρ(H2S),of the hydrogenated tail gas after desulphurization was less than 10 mg/m^3.
