摘 要:以多孔酚醛树脂XAD761为载体,采用表面官能团修饰的方法制备了固载铑膦配合物的催化剂XAD761/P/Rh,实现了均相氢甲酰化反应催化剂的固载化.采用红外光谱、等温氮气吸附和X射线光电子能谱等方法对所制得的催化剂进行表征,证实了二苯基氧磷结构配位中心的存在及铑膦配合物催化中心在酚醛树脂载体表面的形成.经过电感耦合等离子-原子发射光谱测得磷和铑的负载量分别为1.39%和0.40%,催化剂中磷铑比为11.分别以1-辛烯和苯乙烯为底物考察了催化剂的催化性能,结果表明,在一定条件下XAD761/P/Rh在催化活性方面和三苯基膦作配体时的均相催化剂效果相当,1-辛烯和苯乙烯的成醛收率分别可以达到77.9%和99.6%.所制备的催化剂经过简单的过滤分离即可实现循环使用.XAD761/P/Rh catalyst was prepared by the modification of the surface functional groups over the porous phenolic resin XAD761,and the immobilizd of homogeneous hydroformylation catalyst was obtained. The prepared catalyst was characterized by the infrared spectrum,the isothermal N2 adsorption and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to confirm the existence of the coordination center of diphenyloxide and the formation of the catalytic center of rhodium-phosphine complex on the surface of the phenolic resin. The analysis data from the inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry showed that the loadings of phosphorus and rhodium were 1.39% and 0.40%,respectively,and the ratio of phosphorus to rhodium in the catalyst was 11. The catalytic performance of the prepared catalyst was investigated by the hydroformylation reaction of 1-octene and styrene. The results showed that the activity of XAD761/P/Rh catalyst was similar with the homogeneous catalyst with the triphenylphosphine as ligand,the yield of aldehydes could reach 77.9% and 99.6% for 1-octene and styrene,respectively. The prepared solid catalyst could be easily recycled through filtration.
