摘  要:在福建省武夷山地区,对福瑞鲤、瓯江彩鲤和本地鲤3种不同品系的鲤鱼,分别在稻田养殖条件下开展投饵与不投饵的生长情况和肌肉营养比较分析.试验结果表明:在相同的稻田养殖条件下,无论投饵与否,福瑞鲤的生长速度均明显快于瓯江彩鲤和本地鲤.同一品系的养殖试验显示投饵组体质量日均增加量明显高于不投饵组.投饵组的福瑞鲤脏体比、体质量变异系数均最低,生产性能优于瓯江彩鲤和本地鲤.投饵试验中3种鲤鱼肌肉的氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量、非必需氨基酸总量、呈味氨基酸总量和鲜味氨基酸总量等均显著高于不投饵组,而脂肪酸总量、多不饱和脂肪酸总量、必需脂肪酸总量和多不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸比值(P/S)均显著低于不投饵组.因此适当投饵对稻田养殖鲤鱼的生长性能、肌肉营养成分有较大影响.The growth and meat quality of FFRC strain common carp( FFRC carp,FC),Cypinus carpio var. color( Oujiang carp,OC) and Cyprinus carpio( local carp,LC) that cultured in paddy field with feeding and unfeeding were investigated in this study at Wuyishan Area of Fujian Province. It was resulted that the growth rate of FC was significantly faster than that of OC and LC whether feeding or unfeeding under the same conditions of paddy farming. The same strain of breeding test showed that the average daily gain of feeding group was significantly higher than that of unfeeding group. FC had the higher productivity than others,because of the lowest of organ-body ratios and weight coefficient of variation. The wTAA,wEAA,wNEAA,wFAAand wDAAof feeding groups were significantly higher than that of unfeeding groups,and the total fatty acids,polyunsaturated fatty acids,essential fatty acid and P/S of feeding groups were significantly lower than that of unfeeding groups. Appropriate feeding had great influence on the growth performance and meat quality of carp cultured in paddy field.
