摘　　要：接水盘在精密重载数控回转工作台中不可或缺。以某公司某型工作台接水盘为例,在功能和结构方面采用机械结构设计与钣金设计的方法,针对原方案中结构强度刚度、废料排放功能、整体外观等方面的不足进行优化设计。经理论和实际投产验证,该方案思路新颖,具备更高的工艺性及经济性。The water-pans is indispensable in the precision heavy-duty CNC rotary table.Exampled by a certain type of water pans,in aspect of function and structure with the method of mechanical structure design and sheet metal design,aiming at structure strength stiffness,discharge function,overall appearance of the original plan,optimization design was completed.With the theory and actual production verification,the scheme is novel and has higher technology and economy.
