摘  要:为提高模具的使用寿命,以模具钢5CrNiMo为研究对象,在试样表面加工不同面积占有率及高度的毛化织构,采用单因素轮换法,开展织构化试样的摩擦磨损性能试验研究。结果表明:毛化织构面积占有率对跑和后试样摩擦因数影响不大,但织构面积占有率越大,其跑和阶段的摩擦因数波动越小,跑和性能越优;毛化织构高度对平均摩擦因数影响较大,织构高度越低,跑和稳定后平均摩擦因数越小;织构试样磨损量均小于未织构试样,织构面积占有率越大,织构高度越低,磨损量越小。与未织构试样相比,面积占有率45%、毛化高度3. 5μm的织构试样可使摩擦因数减小85%,磨损量减小99%,表明激光毛化织构技术可优化塑性成形模具的摩擦学性能。The laser texturing pins with different area ratio and height were processed on the die steel of 5CrNiMo to improve the service life of the mold.The effects of laser texturing on friction and wear properties of the die steel was investigated by using single factor alternate method.The results show that the area ratio of laser texturing has little effect on the friction coefficient of the sample after running-in,but the larger the area ratio of laser texturing,the smaller the fluctuation of friction coefficient of the sample in running-in time,and the better the performance of running-in.The height of laser texturing has large effect on the avereage friction coefficient of the sample,the samller the height of laser texturing,the smaller the average friction coefficient after running-in and stabilization.In both running-in stage and steady stage,the wear volume of laser texturing sample is reduced when compared with untextured sample.In addition,both larger area ratio and lower height of laser texturing could result in less wear volume.Compared with untextured sample,a laser texturing structure with 45%area ratio and height could reduced the friction coefficient by about 85%,the wear volume up to 99%,showing that laser texturing could be applied to optimize the tribological behavior of the plastic deformation mold.
