摘　　要：中心岛结合半逆作法在面积较大的深基坑工程中,采用两墙合一的形式,这种设计施工方案比逆作法优化了土方开挖,同时也提高主体结构施工进度,节省工期,减少了拆撑的二次污染,社会经济效益十分显著。本文结合南京南部新城医疗中心基坑工程实例,介绍了中心岛结合半逆作法在基坑支护工程中的应用,可为今后类似工程的实施提供一定的借签作用。Two-in-one in the form of wall in the central island combined with the semi-reverse approach in the larger area of the deep foundation pit engineering.This design and construction program optimizes earth excavation,and also improve the construction progress of the main structure. It reduced the secondary pollution of the demolition,social and economic benefits are very significant.This paper introduces the application of the central island combined with the semi-reverse method in the foundation project with the example of the foundation pit engineering of the south of Xincheng Medical Center in Nanjing.It provides a certain role for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
