摘　　要：目的调查统计该院临床科室标本检验前周转时间(TAT),分析影响检验前TAT因素,为合理缩短检验前TAT,提高检验质量与效率提供客观依据。方法利用实验室信息系统(LIS)汇总并分析统计2017年1—12月临床科室急诊与平诊标本检验前TAT。结果 2017年全年检验前TAT(急诊)排在后5位的科室为消化科病区、甲状腺外科病区、重症监护病房、儿科、泌尿外科病区,均超过100 min;检验前TAT(平诊)排在后5位的科室为康复科病区、中医科病区、消化科病区、泌尿外科Ⅰ病区、泌尿外科Ⅱ病区,均超过757 min。部分科室标本检验前TAT呈逐月下降趋势,部分科室却呈逐月上升趋势。2017年3月生化专业检验前TAT大大超出全国平均水平。结论需设定适宜的检验前TAT目标值,提出改进措施,不断优化检验流程,从而提高检验科工作质量和能力水平。Objective To analyze the pretest turn?around time(TAT)in all clinical departments and the factors af?fecting TAT,and to provide objective basis for reasonably shortening TAT and improve inspection quality and efficiency.Methods The pretest TAT of routine and emergency samples in all clinical departments from January to December 2017 were analyzed.Results In 2017,the last five ranking clinical departments of pretest TAT(emergency diagnosis)were Digestive Disease Area,Thyroid Surgery Area,Intensive Care Unit,Paediatrics Department and Urological Surgery Area,all exceeding 100 min.The last five ranking clinical departments of pretest TAT(routine diagnosis)were diseases area of Rehabili?tation Department,Traditional Chinese Medicine Department,Gastroenterology Department,Urology DepartmentⅠ,and Urology DepartmentⅡ,all exceeding 757 min.The pretest TAT of some departments were with a trend of month?to?month decline,while others were with a trend of month?to?month rise.The biochemical pretest TAT of this hospital in March 2017 was much higher than the national average.Conclusion It is necessary to set proper pretest TAT standards,propose improvement measures and continuously optimize the inspection process,so as to improve the work quality and competence.
