摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,知识产权成为经济竞争的重要资源与核心要素。中国正处在知识产权事业发展的历史机遇期,知识产权强企战略的提出为推动企业提质增效、产业转型升级指明了方向。通过梳理中国企业知识产权运用的发展现状和制约瓶颈,试图探索知识产权强企的评价体系、实现路径和保障措施,为打造知识产权强国奠定坚实的基础。Entering into the 21st century,intellectual property becomes the important resource and key factor of economic competition.China is in the historical opportunity period of the development of intellectual property,and the strategy of intellectual property powerful enterprises has pointed out the direction for promoting the efficiency of the enterprise and the upgrading of the industry.Through combing the current situation and restriction bottleneck of the application of intellectual property in enterprises,we try to explore the evaluation system,the implementation path and the countermeasures of the strong intellectual property rights,and lay a solid foundation for the building of the power of the intellectual property.
