摘  要:新媒体与科技期刊加速融合,改变着既有的信息传播格局,使媒体生态更加复杂,传播主体更加多元,受众分化更为明显,内容质量提升成为科技期刊媒体融合发展的关键。从系统动力学的角度,阐明了推动科技期刊内容质量提升的五大动力学要素及三大动力机制,指出可通过优化栏目设置,加强选题策划;加快内容审查,保障学术质量;体察读者需求,打造学者型编辑;加强新媒体素养,推出科学新闻;重视信息反馈,应用大数据分析等措施,构建科技期刊内容质量提升的动力学模型。The accelerated integration of new media and academic journals changes the existing information transmission pattern,making media ecology more complicated,communication subjects more diversified,and audience differentiation more significant.Content quality improvement plays an important role in the meida integration and development of academic journals.In a perspective of system dynamics,this paper illustrates five dynamic elements and three dynamic mechanisms promoting the content quality improvement of academic journals.It proposes that by taking measures including optimizing column setting and strengthening topic planning,speeding up content review and guaranteeing academic quality,understanding readers’needs and becoming a scholarly editor,strengthening new media literacy and introducing science news,attaching importance to information feedback and taking advantages of big data analysis,dynamic model of content quality improvement of academic journals can be constructed.
