阴式子宫全切术对复杂子宫肌瘤患者术后生活质量的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对复杂子宫肌瘤患者行阴式子宫全切术治疗的效果。方法在2015年12月至2017年12月期间来该院就诊的复杂子宫肌瘤患者中选取48例,根据随机数字表法将其均分2组,各24例。对参照组行传统开腹全子宫切除术治疗,对实验组行阴式子宫全切术治疗。分析48例复杂子宫肌瘤患者的术后生活质量、临床手术指标以及并发症发生情况。结果实验组复杂子宫肌瘤患者的临床手术指标相比于参照组明显较优,实验组并发症发生率较低,组间差异性显著(P<0.05);实验组术后生活质量评分相比于参照组较高,组间对比差异性存在(P<0.05)。结论对复杂子宫肌瘤患者实施阴式子宫全切术治疗,获得较高的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of vaginal hysterectomy for complex uterine fibroids.Methods 48 cases of complicated hysteromyoma were selected from December 2015to December 2017 in our hospital.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random digital table method,each 24 cases.The reference group was treated by traditional open hysterectomy,and the experimental group was treated with vaginal hysterectomy.Objective to analyze the postoperative quality of life,clinical indicators and complications of 48 patients with complex uterine fibroids.Results compared with the reference group,the clinical operation indexes of the patients with complex uterine myoma in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);the postoperative quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference between the groups was(P<0.05).Conclusion vaginal hysterectomy for complex uterine fibroids can achieve a higher quality of life.
