摘 要:目的探讨男性泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)、沙眼衣原体(CT)和淋球菌(NG)感染情况及特点,为感染并发症的防治及流行病学研究提供事实依据。方法采用荧光PCR方法对我院泌尿科男性就诊者尿道分泌物进行解脲支原体、沙眼衣原体和淋球菌的检测。结果1426例标本总病原检出率为23.49%(335/1426),其中UU检测率为39.69%(566/1426),阳性率为38.34%(217/566);CT检测率为37.31%(532/1426),阳性率为13.35%(71/532);NG检测率为23%(328/1426),阳性率为14.33%(47/328)。314例三项均检测者中单一病原体感染占阳性例数的85.47%(153/179),混合感染占14.53%(26/179)。21~40岁为男性生殖道病原体感染检出率最高组。结论荧光定量PCR方法操作简便、快速,是泌尿生殖道感染病原体的有效检测方法。加强UU、CT和NG普筛力度,对男性尿道炎、前列腺炎、睾丸炎及不孕不育等疾病的预防、早期诊断、治疗和改善愈后有重要意义。Objective To investigate the infection and characteristics of Ureaplasmasurealyticum(UU),Chlamydia trachomatis(CT)and Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)in male genitourinary tract,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and epidemiological study of infection complications.Methods Ureaplasmasurealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae were detected by fluorescent PCR in urinary tract secretions of male patients in our hospital.Results the total detection rate of total pathogens in 1 426 cases was 23.49%(335/1 426),of which the detection rate of UU was 39.69%(566/1 426),the positive rate was 38.34%(217/566),the detection rate of CT was 37.31%(532/1 426),the positive rate was 13.35%(71/532),NG detection rate was 23%(328/1 426),and the positive rate was 14.33%(47/328).Among 314 cases,85.47%(153/179)were positive for single pathogen infection and 14.53%(26/179)were mixed infection.The highest detection rate of genital tract pathogen infection was found in males aged 21-40.Conclusion Fluorescence quantitative PCR is a simple and rapid method for the detection of genitourinary tract infection pathogens.It is important to strengthen UU,CT and NG screening for the prevention,early diagnosis,treatment and improvement of male urethritis,prostatitis,orchitis and infertility.
