风险护理管理提高神经内科护理质量检验的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析在神经内科护理过程中实施风险护理管理的应用价值。方法本院于神经内科2017年2月开始实施风险护理管理模式,选取2016年2月至2017年1月期间收治140例患者为常规护理组,以2017年2月至2018年1月期间收治的146例患者为风险护理组,对比2组患者护理期间风险事件的发生情况及患者对护理工作的满意度评分情况。结果研究结果显示,风险护理组患者护理期间风险事件的发生率显著低于常规护理组,同时风险护理组患者对护理工作的满意度评分也显著高于常规护理组,P<0.05,表示差异显著有统计学意义。结论本院神经内科在实施风险护理干预后不仅有效地提高了护理质量降低风险事件的发生,同时对促进护患和谐发展有积极作用。Objective To analyze the application value of risk nursing management in the nursing process of neurology department.Methods The Institute of Neurology began to implement the risk management model in February 2017,selecting 140 patients as the regular care group from February 2016 to January 2017,and 146 patients from February 2017 to January 2018 as the risk care group.The occurrence of risk events during nursing and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work were compared in two groups.Results The results showed that the incidence of risk events during nursing was significantly lower in the risk care group than in the regular care group,and the satisfaction of the risk care group was significantly higher than that of the regular care group,P.Conclusion The nurology department of our hospital not only effectively inproved the nursing quality and reduced the risk,but also played an active role in promoting the harmonious development of nurses and patients affter the implementation of risk nursing.
