检验90例急性胃肠穿孔急诊的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨对急性胃肠穿孔患者实施急诊护理的护理细节和临床效果。方法选取本院2017年2月至2018年2月期间急诊科收治的90例急性胃肠穿孔患者为研究对象,利用双盲法将所选患者随机分为常规组和实验组,每组各45例,对常规组患者实施急性胃肠穿孔传统手术护理,对实验组患者在以上护理的基础上实施综合护理干预,对比2组患者护理后并发症的发生情况和患者对护理工作的满意度评分。结果研究结果表明,实验组患者术后并发症的发生率显著低于常规组,并且通过对两组患者对护理工作的满意度评分显示,研究组显著高于常规组,P<0.05,说明差异显著有统计学意义。结论通过对急性胃肠穿孔急诊手术患者实施综合护理干预不仅能够有效降低患者术后并发症的发生,同时对提高患者护理满意度和促进患者早日康复有积极作用。Objective to explore the nursing details and clinical effects of emergency care for patients with acute gastrointestinal perforation.Methods our hospital in February 2017 to February 2018 of 90 patients admitted in the emergency department patients with acute gastrointestinal perforation as the research object,using the method of double blind the selected patients were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group,each group 45 cases,acute gastrointestinal perforation traditional surgery in patients with normal group care,in the experimental group patients in nursing implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of above,compared two groups the incidence of complications after patient care and patients to nursing job satisfaction score.Results the study results showed that the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,and the satisfaction scores of patients in the two groups on the nursing work showed that the study group was significantly higher than the conventional group,P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute gastrointestinal perforation after emergency surgery can not only effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,but also play a positive role in improving patients′nursing satisfaction and promoting their early recovery.
