摘 要:针对松软厚煤层留顶煤动压巷道的地质特点,以阳泉二景矿15202回风巷为例,在原掘进施工分析和支护效果评价的基础上,对施工工艺、支护参数选取原则和围岩控制方法进行研究。通过井下地质力学测试和工艺优化,采用斜拉锚索超前支护和管缝锚杆托顶作用,提出松软厚煤层留顶煤掘进支护综合技术。井下实测结果表明,斜拉锚索超前支护和管缝锚杆托顶作用有利于松软厚煤层顶煤的留设;高预应力全锚索顶帮协同支护技术能够解决松软厚煤层动压巷道的支护难题,保证巷道安全,为后期综放回采提供便利。According to the geological characteristics of left top coal dynamic pressure roadway in soft and thick coal seam,taking No.15202 drift of Erjing Mine in Yangquan for example,based on the analysis of original drifting construction and evaluation of support effect,the construction technology,selection principle of support parameters and control strategies of surrounding rock had been researched.The comprehensive technology of drifting and support of left top coal dynamic pressure roadway had been proposed by geological mechanics test and procedure optimization,including advanced support of slant cable and slit wedge tubing bolt.Underground measurement results showed that advanced support of slant cable and slit wedge tubing bolt were benefit to the layout of left top coal dynamic pressure roadway,the high pretension and gross section cables with coordinate support could solve the problem of left top coal dynamic pressure roadway in soft and thick coal seam effectively,making sure the safety of roadway and providing convenience for fully mechanized top-coal caving mining.
