摘  要:以某自升自航式风电安装船项目作为依托,对单柱式桩腿在结构强度计算中所受波浪载荷开展研究。主要针对平台作业水深所对应波浪的波高与周期对桩腿产生的波浪弯矩数值进行研究,以及桩腿间距布置调整时同等波高周期对桩腿所受波浪载荷数值变化的敏感性分析。在多目标优化平台上使用SESAM软件,根据优化设计方法分析得到波浪载荷变化响应面模型,发现影响桩腿所受波浪载荷的关键设计参数,结合目标平台总体布置要求,提出最适合的经济型桩腿设计方案。文章研究提出的更经济、安全的单柱式自升式平台设计思路,可供相关装备研发设计参考。The wave loads on the single-column pile legs during the structural strength calculation are studied based on the project of a jack-up self-propelled wind power installation ship.It mainly focuses on the wave bending moments on the pile legs that were generated by the wave height and wave period of waves corresponding to the water depth where the platform operated.It also carries out the sensitivity analysis of the wave load variation of the pile legs with the modified pile leg spacing to the equivalent wave height and wave period.The software SESAM is used on the multi-objective optimization platform,the response surface model for the wave loads variation is obtained by the analysis according to the optimization design method.The key design parameters that influence the wave loads on the pile legs are then found.The most suitable design scheme of the economical pile legs is proposed combined with the overall arrangement requirements of the target platform.This paper proposes the design idea for a more economic and safer single-column jack-up platform,which can be used as the reference for the relevant equipment research and the development engineers and designers.
