摘  要:"海洋石油630"号油田守护船由于船型紧凑、空间狭小等原因,因此其外舾装专业在建造过程中遇到了设备安装空间小,系泊带缆时观察视野小,安全通道层高不够和存在安全隐患和设备检修空间不足的问题。文章将外舾装专业中出现的这些问题举例说明并分析原因,然后根据实船施工条件,制定了符合要求的解决方案,提交船厂、船检和船东进行三方认可,最终这些问题的处理方法均得到三方的确认并得以实施,从而为后续海工船的相关设计提供参考依据。A“HAI YANG SHI YOU 630”oil field stand-by vessel had the problems of small equipment installation space,small observation visual field when mooring with lines,insufficient height of the safety passage with potential danger,and insufficient equipment inspection space in the construction procedure of the hull outfitting,owing to the compact ship type and the narrow space.This paper illustrates and analyzes the reasons that cause the above problems occurring in the hull outfitting procedure.The solutions complied with the requirements are developed according to the construction conditions for the full-scale ship,and are submitted to shipyard,classification society and ship-owner.Finally,the solutions for these problems are confirmed and implemented by the three parities.It can then provide reference for relevant design of the subsequent offshore vessels.
