摘  要:包钢7~#、8~#高炉在2017年使用经济料情况下,不断优化操作参数,对装料制度进行了较大调整,实现了煤气流的合理分布。解决了长期困扰高炉的顺行问题以及风口曲损、布料器寿命短等关键限制问题,同期高炉利用系数不断攀升,燃料比稳步下降,炉况顺行周期得以不断延长。In 2017,the operating parameters of 7#and 8#blast furnaces of Baotou Steel were constantly optimized and the charging system was adjusted more in the case of using economical materials so that the reasonable gas flow distribution was realized.As a result,the long-term problems influencing the operations of blast furnace as well as the key restricted problems such as bending and damage of tuyere and the short service life of distributing device were solved so that the utilization coefficient of blast furnace in the same period was increased continually,the fuel ratio was steadily decreased and the period for trouble-free operation of blast furnace was prolonged constantly.
