摘  要:文章对高强度汽车大梁用钢BT610L热轧板与热轧酸洗板组织与性能进行比较,结果表明:经过酸洗工序后晶粒明显细化,其组织为少量珠光体弥散分布在细小的铁素体基体上,晶粒度10. 0级;酸洗后屈服强度与抗拉强度均提高,延伸率下降;在不同系列温度下进行冲击试验,酸洗板比热轧板的系列冲击韧性值要低,断口形貌均为韧窝状断口。In this paper,the microstructure and properties of high-strength steel for automobile frame BT610L hot rolled plate and hot rolled pickling plate are compared.The results showed that the grains were refined obviously,the microstructure was the dispersed distribution of a small amount of pearlite on fine ferrite matrix and the grain size was grade of 10.0,the yield strength and tensile strength were increased as well as the elongation was decreased after the pickling process;the impact tests were carried out at different temperatures,the impact toughness value of pickling plate was lower than that of hot rolled plate and their fracture morphologies were both dimple shape fracture.
