摘  要:一座大型高炉在一代炉龄(约10年)内,需进行一次大修以恢复性能,在此期间需进行几次项修或中修来消除缺陷和隐患,保证高炉的稳产、高产。全部或部分炉壳更换是大中修的一项重要内容,在特殊情况下还可能对烧穿的炉壳进行休风抢修。文章侧重介绍在项修、中修时如何快速、高效完成炉壳更换的程序性工作及技术要领,使其达到标准化作业。A large blast furnace needs an overhaul to recover its performances within a generation of furnace life(about 10 years).During this period,several item repairs or medium repairs are needed to eliminate the defects and hidden dangers to ensure the stable and high yield of blast furnace.It is an important part of overhaul or medium repair to replace all or part of the furnace shell.The burn-through furnace shell might be with damping down for rush repair under special circumstances.In this paper,it is mainly introduced how to complete the proceeding tasks fast and efficiently as well as the technical essentials of replacing furnace shell in item repairs and medium repairs so as to achieve the standardized operations.
