摘　　要：本文就新形势下党建工作的管理与服务需求,分析了互联网环境和自媒体技术优势,认为互联网环境给医院党建工作带来生机,医院党建工作应该加快步伐。结合近年来"互联网+"在医院党建工作中的应用与发展,阐明互联网时代构筑网上党建阵地具有重大战略意义,构建医院党建管理服务平台,整合教育资源,拓宽宣传渠道,利用碎片时间,强化学习效果,可以为提高党员教育质量、提升管理水平提供快捷的技术工具。This paper analyzes the environment of internet and the advantage of media technology based on the requirement of management and service of the Party construction under the new backdrop.It is believed that the internet environment brings vitality to the work of Party construction in the hospital and they should speed up the pace in recent years.With the application and the development of“Internet+”in the work of hospital Party construction,it is of strategic significance to construct the internet Party building work in this situation.It surely facilitates the construction of hospital Party construction management and service platform,the integration of educational resources,the expansion of publicity channels.Besides,it can take advantage of fragment time to reinforce learning effect,which provides an efficient tool to improve the education quality and management level for Party members.
