摘 要:对国内外电力变压器油浸绝缘纸的研究进展进行了综述。分析了导致油浸绝缘纸老化、纤维素降解的原因,强调了机械振动因素在油浸绝缘纸热老化过程中的重要性。总结了以纤维素降解物、化学以及电气为特征量研究变压器油浸绝缘纸老化阶段的判别方法。分别剖析了各种方法在不同老化阶段的特征,探讨不同因素对油纸绝缘的影响,并对后续变压器油浸绝缘纸老化研究做出展望。然后探讨函数理论模型,以及微观检测技术的相关应用对进一步研究变压器油浸绝缘纸老化的推动作用。最后总结了变压器油浸绝缘纸研究领域所面临的问题,并提出了具有可能性的解决办法。This work reviewed the recent progresses on the aging of oil-immersed insulation paper(OIIP),an essential component in power transformers.The mechanisms involved in the aging of OIIP,particularly the process of cellular degradation,were discussed.We emphasized the role of mechanical vibration as a critical factor in facilitating thermal aging process,summarized the methods to identify phases involved in OIIP aging which apply the cellulose degradant,chemical and electrical characteristics as the characteristic parameters.The characteristics of various methods in different aging stages were analyzed,and the influence of different factors on oil-paper insulation were discussed.Based on preceding knowledge,possible researches on the aging of OIIP in transformer were put forward.We also discussed the function theory model and the help of the related application of microscopic detection technology to the further study of the aging of OIIP.Finally,the problems existed in this research field were summarized and possible solutions were proposed.
