摘  要:微波模块不断向小型化、轻量化、高可靠性的方向发展,微组装技术得到更为广泛的应用。为确保微波模块长期工作的可靠性,提高模块的气密性指标,必须开展相应的气密性封焊工艺研究。结合激光封焊工艺技术,通过对焊接工艺参数的正交实验分析,研究焊接工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响,得出了较优的铝合金壳体激光焊接工艺参数。Microwave modules have been developing towards minaturization,light weight,and high reliability,and microassembly technology has been applied more widely.In order to ensure the reliability of the long-term operation of the microwave module and improve the airtightness index of the module,it is necessary to carry out corresponding research on the airtight seal welding process.Based on the laser seal welding technology,the influence of the welding process parameters on the welding quality is studied through the orthogonal experimental analysis of the welding process parameters,and the better laser welding process parameters of the aluminum alloy shell are obtained.
